Return & Refund

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item for a full refund from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and should include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry is not indestructible! If you avoid wearing it while bathing, sweating and using cosmetics such as perfumes and lotions, your piece of jewelry will stay bright and shiny for much, much longer! I highly recommend storing your jewelry in an air tight sealed bag to prevent oxidization.

Hypoallergenic stainless steel has a natural shine and beautiful color but if exposed to water, sweat or cosmetics, it will tarnish fast. A gentle rub with a silver polishing cloth every now and then will keep it shiny and good as new!

Delivery Info

In case a parcel gets lost, I will refund you the full cost of the item (including shipping) as soon as the package is declared lost by the post. If you have not received your package 4 weeks after shipping date, please contact me so I can initiate a case with the post office.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please take detailed pictures as soon as you receive the parcel and contact me immediately. I will need to open a case with the post office and you will be the recipient of the refund.
